myPace: Share your expertise in a workshop on behaviour change: from theory to practice

What?

We are running an interactive workshop that will inform the creation of a practical web-based toolkit on behaviour change techniques. This toolkit will support European dietitians when using behaviour change techniques in their practice.

This workshop is part of the myPace for Weight Management project, which is a collaborative project between EFAD, the University of Bath, White October, and the European Food Information Council.

 

When & where?

Sunday 12 October 2014 between 9:00 am – 13:00 pm, at the Divani Caravel Hotel, Athens, Greece. (during the last day of the 8th DIETS-EFAD conference)

 

Who is invited?

We are looking for dietitians who:

– are specialists on obesity

– are currently seeing clients/patients

– use behaviour change theory in their dietetic practice

– are working in any European country

 

What do participants get in return?

The organisers will pay for one night’s accommodation in Athens for those travelling to the EFAD conference, and provide lunch for all workshop attendees after the workshop. Attendees will also receive €100.00 honorarium for participation in the workshop.
